Healthy Habits to perform at your best

Penn State Alumni, Liz Cook, was on campus today to talk about healthy eating and drinking for peak performance. She did a wonderful job explaining to the athletes about the importance of nutrition. To operate at your peak performance, Liz gave detailed information on how important it is to consume carbs, fibers, and many other nutrients prior to, during, and after physical activity. 

The athletes were engaged and had questions for Liz. She was able to answer all of them without hesitation and in full detail.
