PSU Schuylkill Grant Yoder Bio

Grant Yoder was hired as the first baseball coach at Penn State Schuylkill on December 7, 2012.  A 1996 Wilkes University graduate, Coach Yoder played his high school ball at Pottsville Area High School under Coach James Steidle.  A pitcher at Wilkes University, Yoder was a team captain as a Senior and led the Colonels in starts, complete games and innings his senior year.  Coach Yoder is still listed in the Wilkes record books for combined strikeouts in a game, career appearances, complete games and appearances in a season. In addition to his baseball achievements at Wilkes,Yoder was a member of the Colonels football team earning two letters during his two years on the team, with the four he earned on the baseball diamond.
