Four Softball Players Honored on USCAA All-American Team
Emma Crisswell, Jade Weiss, Alyssa Youst, & Morgan Kleckner were honored on the USCAA All-American Team list for their play during the 2024 Softball season.
SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, Pa. – Emma Crisswell, Jade Weiss, Alyssa Youst, & Morgan Kleckner were honored on the USCAA All-American Team list for their play during the 2024 Softball season.
Newcomer Emma Crisswell (Williamstown, PA / Williams Valley High School) received first team recognition. Crisswell dominated the country on the mound, ranking first in every pitching category. Crisswell accumulated an eye popping 224 strikeouts on the year while finishing with 17 wins, 19 complete games, a 10.29 strikeouts per game average, a 1.29 ERA, and a .95 WHIP.
Freshman Jade Weiss (Pottsville, PA / Pottsville Area High School) was honored on the second team after finishing the year with 47 hits. Weiss also finished eighth overall in stolen bases with 20 on the year. Weiss recorded a .409 batting average.
Alyssa Youst (Schuylkill Haven, PA / Blue Mountain High School) and Morgan Kleckner (Hamburg, PA / Hamburg Area High School) were honored on the honorable mention team. Youst finished the year with 43 hits and 35 RBIs. Kleckner tallied 30 hits and 2 home runs hits on the year.
