SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, Pa. – Zoë Gannon, Brittney Holland, Nia Bronson, Nancy Le, and Ivy Daniels were honored during Women's Soccer's senior day matchup against Penn State Mont Alto.
In a tightly contested showdown between the PSUAC's top two teams, Mont Alto held a narrow 5-4 edge in corner kicks, while Schuylkill led in shots, 9-7. Mont Alto struck first, with Lochner netting the opening goal at the 10:53 mark. Nia Bronson (Pine Grove, PA / Pine Grove) leveled the score for Schuylkill at 1-1 with a goal in the 57th minute. However, Mont Alto reclaimed the lead less than seven minutes later when Lochner scored her second and ultimately decisive goal of the game.
