All the pieces were in place for Penn State Schuylkill to make the PSUAC playoffs, playing at home, on Senior Day, with the largest crowd of the season. The only problem was there opponent, South Division leaders, Penn State York came out gates fast taking a 44-32 lead into halftime. Out of the break, York continued to increase their lead to as many as 20 points, just 4 minutes into the second half. Schuylkill attempted to get back in the game, cutting the lead to 9,(58-49) on a layup by Junior, Colin Nurse. Schuylkill would fail to get any closer as York would push their advantage back to 11 and the two teams would trade baskets the rest of the way, for a 87-74 final.
