PSU-Schuylkill hung on to take the opener 3-2. Bryanna Snowell (Freshman/Pottsville) struck out 14 in game one. Jena Leffler (Freshman/ Pine Grove) had three hits and two RBIs in the first game for PSU-Schuylkill.
In the second game, Katie Fehr (Senior/ Schuylkill Haven) finished 3-for-3 with two RBIs. Fehr had a double and a home run as well. While Snowell was control of the Trailblazer hitters allowing 2 hits and striking out 7, recording her 4th shutout of the season.
