Penn State Schuylkill volleyball dropped a 3–1 PSUAC road match at Penn State Hazleton on September 18, despite 79 team digs and a strong second-set response.
Match Summary
Hazleton came out hot with a .435 hitting percentage to take the opening set 25–9. Schuylkill bounced back in set two, producing 13 kills and holding Hazleton to a .152 clip in a 27–25 win. The Lions continued to fight in the third and fourth sets, but Hazleton's balanced attack carried them to 25–19 and 25–23 victories to close out the match.
